UK-wide tracked shipping

We ship across the UK with tracking. Typical carriers include Royal Mail, Evri and DPD (with UPS or Yodel in special cases).

By default, we choose a balanced option (reputation / delivery time / price). If you prefer a specific service, we can arrange it — including express options such as Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) or DPD Next Day.

International shipping

International shipping is available on request and is always sent with tracking. Most international orders go via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on size, destination and value.

Import taxes, VAT and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If a courier requires duties/taxes to be prepaid, we’ll let you know in advance and confirm how you’d like to handle it before dispatch.

Packaging & protection (with a practical eco approach)

Parts are packed to match the job — small items may go in padded mailers to keep shipping affordable, while larger or more fragile prints are boxed and protected with filler to prevent damage in transit.

We also use a clean and practical upcycling approach: strong boxes and protective materials from 3D printing supplies are reused when appropriate. This reduces waste without compromising protection.

Need something specific for business orders (individual bagging, labels, kitting, branded packaging)? That can be arranged by agreement. See Batch & Commercial Orders.

Issues in transit: loss or damage

These are custom, made-to-order parts, so we don’t accept returns for “change of mind”. However, customers are protected if something goes wrong in transit.

  • Lost shipments: if a tracked parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, we’ll offer either a full refund (including shipping) or a reprint and reship.
  • Damaged shipments: if parts arrive with significant damage affecting use or appearance, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the box and the items. We’ll agree the best outcome — replacement or refund.

The exact handling depends on the shipping service and the nature of the damage, but the goal is always the same: a fair, fast resolution.

Delivery FAQ

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes — UK-wide shipping is standard, and shipments are sent with tracking.

Can I choose the courier or service?

Yes. We usually pick a balanced option (reputation / time / price), but if you prefer Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or an express service like Special Delivery (by 1pm) or DPD Next Day, just tell us during quoting.

How is shipping priced?

Shipping is charged separately from the part price and is billed at courier cost — no markup. The final cost depends on packed size, weight and service level.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day local delivery by car is possible in the local area if timing allows (workload, print completion time and distance). We’ll confirm availability before starting.

Can I collect locally?

Will I need to pay customs, VAT or import fees?

Possibly, depending on your country. Import taxes/customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If prepayment is required for your shipment, we’ll confirm it before dispatch.

How are parts packaged?

Packaging is selected to protect the part and match the order. Small parts may ship in padded mailers to reduce costs, while larger or fragile items are boxed with protective filler. We also reuse clean, strong boxes from 3D printing supplies where appropriate.

Can you do individual packaging, labels or kitting for business orders?

Yes — bagging, labeling and kitting can be arranged upfront. This is common for commercial batches.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
