Privacy policy

We only use your information to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

Who we are

BONDAR LABS LTD (“Bondar Labs”, “we”, “us”). Location: Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, UK.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone if included)
  • Project details and any files/links you submit for quoting
  • Basic analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies, via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4)

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes
  • To discuss project requirements and delivery
  • To improve the website (analytics only with consent)

Forms

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Workers and Turnstile for processing and spam protection, Formspark to record enquiries and send email notifications, and Cloudinary to store optional uploaded files. Files are stored as originals without conversion. Download links are included in the enquiry; anyone with a link may be able to access the file, so please do not upload confidential files or sensitive personal information. Contact us first if your project requires a private transfer.

All uploaded files in an enquiry are kept for six calendar months from upload. If any file is larger than 5 MB, all files in that enquiry are kept for three calendar months. Expired files are removed automatically, normally within the next daily cleanup; their download links then stop working. These limits apply to uploaded files, not the text of your enquiry or files hosted on your own shared links. We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage the project; contact us to request deletion.

Temporary upload and retry information is held by the processing service. Text fields are removed there after acceptance by Formspark, or normally within 24 hours if the enquiry is not completed. File records remain until their retention period ends. Email acceptance does not guarantee arrival in a recipient’s inbox.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for basic functionality. Analytics cookies are optional and only enabled if you consent via the cookie banner. Where enabled, analytics may be processed through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
