Find the right starting point
These services work together. A replacement or custom part may need CAD, a prototype, FDM or resin printing, and then a production batch. If you already have a suitable file, you can start with printing.
FDM 3D Printing
Print functional parts and prototypes in a material selected for their use.
Resin 3D Printing
Produce fine features and detailed models, with washing and UV curing included.
Batch & Commercial Orders
Approve a sample, then produce batches and repeat orders to an agreed specification.
3D Design & File Support
Create or adapt functional CAD and prepare your files for printing and assembly.
Replacement Plastic Parts
Recreate a broken or obsolete fitting, check a sample and make replacements.
Enclosures & Brackets
Develop a housing or mount around your equipment, or print your existing design.
One project can use several services
Start at the stage that matches the information you have. We agree the work needed before it begins.
1. Define or develop the part
We can recreate a suitable original, design around your equipment, adapt an existing model or review your finished file.
2. Choose the print route
Material, geometry and use guide the choice of FDM or resin. A trial print can check the critical details.
3. Approve and manufacture
Order the agreed parts or confirm a sample before a batch. Repeat manufacture follows the agreed specification.
Delivery & finishing
- Same-day local: available on request for Cambridgeshire (subject to schedule and part complexity).
- Post-processing: sanding, basic finishing and assembly support available depending on the project.
