Built for practical commercial orders

This page is about the working relationship: how a team sends an RFQ, approves a sample when needed, receives parts with the right paperwork, and comes back later for a consistent reorder.

Quoting

RFQs with clear trade-offs

We quote against the real priorities of the job — speed, unit cost, finish, strength, fit and quantity — instead of assuming every order needs the same spec.

  • Material/process guidance when you are still deciding.
  • Clear note of what affects price, lead time and finish.
  • Practical feedback if a file needs changing before production.
Repeat supply

Reorders from a confirmed spec

Once the part, material and finish are agreed, repeat orders can follow the same setup rather than starting from zero each time.

  • Revision / version tracking for changed parts.
  • Locked material and finish notes where consistency matters.
  • Helpful for recurring accessories, fixtures and small product batches.
Risk control

Samples, QC and agreed checkpoints

For more sensitive orders, we can validate fit or finish before the whole run is made, then measure agreed critical features where required.

  • First-article / pilot samples available.
  • Visual QC as standard before dispatch.
  • Simple measurement reporting by agreement.

Typical business jobs

Most B2B orders fall into a few practical categories. The goal is usually not “a cool print” — it is a part, batch or workflow that solves a real operational need.

Pilot runs

Short production runs that let a team validate fit, packaging or demand before committing to a larger manufacturing route.

Internal tooling

Jigs, brackets, holders, covers and workshop aids that need to arrive fast and be easy to update when the workflow changes.

Replacement parts

Short-run replacements for broken or unavailable components, often where lead time matters more than perfect catalogue-style finish.

Branded or packaged batches

Retail inserts, branded accessories and other repeat jobs where packaging, bagging or labelling may be part of the workflow.

How a business order usually runs

Simple enough for a one-off requirement, structured enough for repeat commercial work.

Step 1

Send files or an RFQ brief

Include quantity, deadline, material preference if known, and anything the part must fit or match.

Step 2

Agree the spec

We confirm the best route, quote, lead time, and whether a sample, QC scope or packaging step should be included.

Step 3

Produce and check

The batch is run to the agreed setup, checked visually, and measured where critical features were agreed in advance.

Step 4

Ship, collect or reorder

Parts are packed for collection or UK shipping, and repeat runs can be reordered against the same confirmed setup.

Common questions from teams and buyers

Short answers to the procurement and reorder questions that usually come up first.

Do you provide invoices for business orders?

Yes. Bondar Labs can issue invoices for commercial orders. The business page explains how to send an RFQ and what information helps produce an accurate quote quickly.

Can you support repeat orders from a fixed specification?

Yes. Once a part, material and workflow are agreed, reorders can be supplied against the same confirmed specification, with revision changes discussed before production starts.

Do you offer first-article samples before a larger batch?

Yes. For larger or more sensitive orders, a first-article or pilot sample can be produced before the main run so fit, finish and function can be checked early.

Can you work with purchase orders or an NDA?

PO-style ordering can be supported by agreement where it matches the client’s process, and confidentiality can be covered by an NDA or a customer-provided agreement when needed.

Can you measure critical dimensions or provide a simple QC report?

Visual QC is standard. Where required, agreed critical features can be measured with precision callipers and documented in a simple measurement report.

What if our file is not fully ready?

That is common. Files, rough CAD, photos, sketches and key measurements can all be enough to start. If more work is needed, design support can be folded into the job.

Next step

Ready to send an RFQ?

Send files, quantity, deadline and any critical dimensions. If the project may repeat, say that early so the right workflow can be quoted from the start.
